Owner / Administrator
Ms. Roe is a cherished figure in the Montessori community, serving as both the owner and Director of the school, she has 40-plus years experience in education. Ms. Roe has a deep passion for education, she dedicates herself to teaching parents, staff, and children the principles of the Montessori philosophy, fostering a love for learning in everyone around her. She is renowned for her songs during group time. She delights the children by bringing her guitar, creating joyful moments as they sing together. Her infectious enthusiasm and dedication have made her not only a beloved teacher, but also a guiding light in the lives of countless families.

Sage Johnson
Assistant Administrator
Mrs. Johnson has the Toddler/Infant and Primary Montessori trainings. Her experience provides insights for both staff and parents, promoting a deeper understanding of child development and individualized learning. Mrs. Johnson’s expertise equips the team with effective teaching strategies and empowers parents to support their children's growth at home, creating a cohesive and nurturing environment for all.

Infant Lead
Miss Breanna is our Infant Teacher. She has her CDA. She is continuing her education through the early childhood education. She is a nurturing teacher who genuinely cares for the infants, providing them with a warm and interactive environment that fosters their emotional and developmental growth. Her attentive approach and gentle interactions ensure that each baby feels safe and loved, encouraging their curiosity and exploration every day.

Dyson Diaz
Primary Lead
Mr. Diaz is pursuing a degree in early childhood education. He is a wonderful calm presence in the classroom, providing a sense of stability that helps the children feel safe and focused. His endless patience allows each student to thrive, as he takes the time to listen and support them in their individual learning journeys.

Miss Samantha is a current student studying elementary education. She comes to us with previous Montessori experience. Her soft-spoken demeanor and unwavering patience create a serene atmosphere in the classroom, allowing children to feel comfortable and heard. Her gentle approach adds immense value, creating a supportive environment where each child can thrive and express themselves freely.

Brenda Garcia
Toddler Lead
Señorita Garcia is taking the Infant and Toddler Montessori Training as well as early childhood education classes at AIMS college. She seamlessly incorporates Spanish into the classroom, engaging the children in conversation to enhance their language skills. Señorita Garcia is a gentle teacher who thoughtfully curates the toddler classroom to embrace Montessori principles, ensuring each activity promotes independence.

Taylor Rainbolt
Primary Lead
Mademoiselle Rainbolt is one of the Primary Lead teachers with previous experience in a Montessori environment. She is currently taking her Primary Montessori Training. She brings the French language and lessons to the classroom, using engaging activities and vibrant visuals to help children learn and connect with the language in a fun way. She is an energetic teacher who infuses the classroom with enthusiasm and creativity.

Miss Ashlyn is a versatile floater teacher who excels in every classroom, effortlessly adapting to the needs of each group.
